As a Cable Puller, you will play a critical role in the installation of low-voltage cabling systems, ensuring efficient and safe project completion. Your responsibilities will include pulling, routing, and securing cables, helping to maintain organized and well-labeled systems that support our commercial construction projects.
Qualifications for Cable Puller
- 0-1 years of experience as a Cable Puller
- Basic understanding of low-voltage cabling systems
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift equipment, and work in confined spaces
Responsibilities for Cable Puller
- Pull, route, and secure low-voltage cables, including CAT5e, CAT6, and fiber optics, for commercial construction projects
- Assist with labeling and organizing cables to ensure proper connections
- Prepare work areas by setting up ladders, tools, and materials
- Follow installation diagrams to create cable pathways using conduits, trays, and raceways
- Maintain a safe and clean job site while adhering to all safety regulations
