Apprentice Electrician Position Overview

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As an Apprentice Electrician with Prime Partners, you’ll engage in a variety of tasks that form the backbone of our electrical projects. Core Apprentice Electrician Responsibilities

Essential Duties

• Assist licensed electricians with the installation of residential and commercial electrical systems, including wiring for outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
• Pull and route electrical cables through walls, ceilings, and conduits.
• Prepare conduit and assist in mounting electrical boxes and panels.
• Maintain job site organization, including inventory management and tool preparation.
• Perform basic tasks like wire labeling and clean-up to support project progress.

Advanced Technical Duties

• Perform basic troubleshooting and testing of electrical systems under supervision.
• Assist in upgrading existing electrical systems in older buildings.

• Basic knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations.

Tools & Equipment

Daily Tools
