Job Title: Journeyman Electrician Location: Mesa, AZ (Including surrounding cities) Company: Prime Partners

Prime Partners, a leading firm in the electrical industry, located in Mesa, AZ, is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team. This role would involve working in the Mesa area as well as surrounding cities. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within commercial and residential settings, ensuring all work performed meet relevant codes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of various electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and control systems, in commercial and residential settings.
2. Inspect and test components of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches, and switch gears.
3. Run tests and diagnose problems in electrical systems, using specialized tools and equipment.
4. Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
5. Collaborate with a team to install and maintain systems and ensure they meet all safety standards.
6. Design and implement efficient troubleshooting processes.
7. Conduct regular preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
8. Respond promptly to emergency service calls.
9. Provide training and mentorship to apprentice electricians.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. A valid journeyman license or certification in the state of Arizona.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a journeyman electrician.
3. Proven experience in commercial and residential electrical systems.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
5. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and drawings.
7. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time effectively.
8. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in diverse conditions.
9. Proficient in use of testing equipment and tools.
10. Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
11. Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
