Role Overview

Join our team as a Rack and Stack Installer within our esteemed Commercial division. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in construction or mechanical assembly. As a Rack and Stack Installer, you will play a vital role in assembling server racks in data centers, contributing to key projects that drive technological advancements. Essential Qualifications

• Experience in hands-on construction or mechanical assembly.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools such as drills, wrenches, and levels.
• Ability to lift and position heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and a teamwork-oriented mindset.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling and securing server racks in data center environments.
• Follow blueprints and layout plans to position racks accurately.
• Organize and manage tools and materials efficiently.
• Install equipment into racks under supervision, including shelves and mounting brackets.
• Ensure cable pathways are clear and accessible for optimal functionality.
• Perform basic quality checks to verify proper assembly.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols on the job site.

Location & Schedule

• Primary location: Boulder, CO
• Neighboring cities: Longmont, Louisville, and Lafayette
• Schedule: Full-time with flexible working hours and occasional overtime as needed

Compensation Package

• Competitive pay: $18.44-$22.12 per hour
