Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Center Technician to join our Commercial division. With 3-5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in our large-scale data center projects. As a Data Center Tech, you will focus on cable installations and management, ensuring seamless operations within our data centers. This position offers significant growth opportunities, aligning with our commitment to employee advancement and project excellence.
Essential Qualifications
Candidates must possess:
- Proficiency with Fluke testers
- Expertise in cable management and termination tools
- Hands-on data center installation experience
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Install and terminate Cat6 cables
- Manage cable racks efficiently
- Maintain server environments for upcoming statewide data center projects
Location & Schedule
- Primary location: Richmond, VA
- Neighboring cities include Henrico, Chesterfield, and Hanover
- Schedule: Full-time with flexible hours to accommodate project demands
Compensation Package
- Competitive pay range: $26.77-$34.82 per hour
