Position Overview at MMR Group
The Low Voltage Cable Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing low voltage cabling systems in office building projects primarily located in Loveland, CO, and the surrounding areas. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of working independently to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Essential Functions for Low Voltage Cable Technician
- Install, test, and troubleshoot low voltage cabling systems, including network, data, and telecommunications cabling.
- Perform daily tasks such as cable pulling, terminations, and labeling to ensure organized and efficient cable management.
- Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Document and report on project progress and issues to supervisors.
Required Qualifications for Low Voltage Cable Technician at MMR Group
- 2-4 years of experience in low voltage cable installation and maintenance.
- Required certification: OSHA 10.
- Proficiency in using Fiber Optic Tools and Wire Mapping Tools.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certification: BICSI Technician.
- Advanced experience with Fiber Optic Tools.
- Specialized experience in office building environments or similar settings.
- Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools used in cable installation.

- Primary location: Loveland, CO
- Additional locations: Fort Collins, Greeley, Longmont, Boulder
- Schedule: Full-time
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $26.43-$32.5 per hour
