Access Control Security Alarm Project Manager

Koorsen is seeking an experienced Access Control Security Alarm Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Vancouver, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing complex security projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

Essential Functions

As an Access Control Security Alarm Project Manager at Koorsen, you will:

• Lead and manage security projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet project requirements and client expectations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources effectively to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and installation, to deliver integrated security solutions.
• Conduct site assessments and evaluations to determine project requirements and develop tailored security strategies.
• Utilize estimating tools and design software to create accurate project estimates and designs.
• Perform code analysis to ensure all security systems comply with relevant standards and regulations.
• Maintain clear and open communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures, promoting a culture of safety within the project team.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

• 3-5 years of electrical experience, with a strong understanding of security systems.
• A valid electrical license for Washington State.
• Proficiency in using estimating tools and design software to develop project plans and designs.
• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, which may include lifting, climbing, and working in various environments.
• A comprehensive understanding of safety knowledge and practices in the security industry.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following qualifications will have an advantage:

• Experience with code analysis, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.
