As a Construction Management Electrical Project Manager at Koorsen, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and directing electrical aspects of construction projects. Essential Functions

• Project Management: Lead and manage electrical construction projects, including new construction, tenant improvements, and renovations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met and exceeded.
• Budgeting and Estimating: Use estimating tools to develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and resource optimization.
• Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules using project management software, coordinating tasks and resources effectively.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Promote and enforce safety measures on site.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of electrical work are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
