As a Security Systems Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining state-of-the-art security systems, including IP camera systems, access control platforms, and intrusion detection devices. Your expertise in VMS platforms like Milestone and Genetec will be crucial, and you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients’ safety and security.

Qualifications

• ESA Level 1 certification
• OSHA-10 certification
• Low voltage license where required
• 1-3 years of experience in security work within a commercial setting
• Experience with IP camera systems and access control platforms
• Familiarity with Milestone, Genetec, or similar VMS platforms
• Knowledge of network basics, PoE, basic programming, and system commissioning
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a clean background check and drug screening
• Willingness to travel locally between customer sites

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure security cameras, access control systems, and intrusion detection devices
• Perform basic system programming and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality
• Maintain and repair security equipment as needed
• Conduct regular system checks and provide necessary upgrades
• Collaborate with team members and clients to tailor security solutions to specific needs
