Rack Stack Installer at Integra Electrical

Integra Electrical, located in Gainesville, VA, is seeking a Rack Stack Installer to join our team. This role involves installing and configuring rack infrastructure in critical environments across Gainesville and neighboring cities like Manassas, Haymarket, and Bristow. We are looking for someone who understands rack systems, power distribution, and cable management to support our growing operations, including an upcoming large-scale data center project in the Gainesville area.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure server rack infrastructure
• Perform structured cabling installations and implement cable management systems
• Mount network equipment and install power distribution units
• Coordinate equipment deployments and maintain detailed rack documentation
• Conduct hardware inventory management and execute rack and stack procedures
• Implement labeling systems and maintain clean room protocols
• Coordinate with network teams to ensure seamless integration
• Support the expansion of the Gainesville Data Center project
• Adhere to regional safety and installation standards specific to Virginia
• Assist with local government compliance requirements for data center installations

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data center work within a commercial setting
• Proficiency in structured cabling and expertise with mounting systems
• Knowledge of power distribution and experience with inventory systems
• Understanding of network hardware and proven attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Familiarity with Virginia-specific data center regulations
• Experience working in the Gainesville area or similar settings
