The Electrician Helper Position

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Core Electrician Helper Responsibilities

Essential Duties

• Assist in pulling wires through conduit systems
• Mount and secure electrical boxes and fixtures
• Prepare and organize job site materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support tool maintenance and inventory

Advanced Technical Duties

• Assist in the installation of specialized electrical systems, such as security and fire alarm systems
• Interpret and follow complex electrical schematics and blueprints
• Perform basic troubleshooting under the supervision of a licensed electrician
• Engage in regional projects, adapting to specific electrical codes and standards in Compton and surrounding areas

Safety Protocols
