Qualifications

• Must be an expert in automated manufacturing systems and industrial controls.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and Siemens drives is required.
• Strong background in 480V 3-phase power and motor controls.
• Journeyman License, OSHA-30, and Arc Flash certifications are essential.
• 5+ years of experience in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts and respond to emergency calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Repair industrial machinery and implement equipment upgrades.
• Perform autonomous troubleshooting of complex systems.
