The Electrical Trainee Position

Core Electrical Trainee Responsibilities
As an Electrical Trainee, your primary duties will involve supporting licensed electricians with essential tasks such as wiring installations, conduit cutting and threading, and material preparation for job sites. You’ll assist in panel wiring and mounting, conducting routine safety checks on tools and equipment, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. Advanced technical duties will include:
- Assisting in the setup and testing of circuit breakers and transformers.
- Learning to interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints under supervision.
- Supporting the installation of advanced electrical systems, including green energy solutions like solar panels.

Required Experience & Skills
To succeed as an Electrical Trainee at Howell Electric, you should possess a basic familiarity with hand tools such as wire strippers and voltage testers. Compensation Package
