HCS Electrical is seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Security Technician to join our team. As a Commercial Security Technician, you will play a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced security systems for our commercial clients. Requirements for Commercial Security Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial security systems, including access control, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to design customized security solutions that meet specific project requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of security systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Required Certifications and Experience

• Certifications in Lenel and C-More are mandatory.
• Proven experience with Lenel, Crestron, and C-Cure systems.
• 3-5 years of electrical experience, with a focus on commercial projects.
• Must possess a valid electrical license for DE.
• Demonstrated experience specifically with Lenel and Crestron systems is essential.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in an electrical environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with C-Cure security systems.
• Previous experience in commercial project environments, particularly in office buildings, retail centers, hospitals, or schools.

Location & Schedule

• Primary location: Wilmington, DE.
• The role may also involve work in neighboring cities such as Newark, New Castle, Elsmere, and Newport, DE.
• This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility to accommodate project schedules and client needs.
