Job Title: Solar Panel Installer Company: Greenskies Solar Location: Tonopah, NV

Job Description: Greenskies Solar, a leading solar energy company, is currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Solar Panel Installers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in solar panel installation, preferably on new construction and solar farms. This role will be based in Tonopah, NV, with potential travel to surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair solar panel systems, including mounting hardware and electrical components.
• Read and interpret solar system construction blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Operate and maintain solar installation equipment and tools, ensuring proper use and safety at all times.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including but not limited to, wearing personal protective equipment and ensuring the worksite is safe and secure.
• Identify any potential hazards or issues with the solar installation and report them to the supervisor immediately.
• Collaborate with a team of installers to complete projects within established deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions customers may have regarding their solar system.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in solar panel installation.
• NABCEP Certification is highly desirable.
• Proficient with various hand and power tools.
• Knowledgeable in electrical wiring and system layouts.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and on rooftops.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Adherence to all OSHA safety regulations is mandatory.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be used at all times.
• Awareness and handling of potential electrical and height hazards.
