Key Responsibilities
- Install residential solar systems
- Mount solar panels and install racking systems
- Run conduit and pull wire
- Assist with system commissioning
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of solar PV systems, mounting techniques, and basic electrical
- Experience with roof work, power tools, and conduit installation
- NABCEP Associate certification preferred
- OSHA-10 and fall protection certification required
- Knowledge of NEC Article 690, basic electrical theory, and safety protocols
- Comfort working at heights and ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- 1-4 years of experience required for Apprentice work in a solar setting
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $20.24-$26.46 per hour
