Responsibilities

Installation

Install structured cabling systems, including Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optics in commercial and industrial settings
Terminate and test copper and fiber optic cables using precision tools and advanced testers

Organization

Mount, secure, and organize network racks, patch panels, and cable trays
Dress and bundle cables neatly to meet site-specific and industry standards

Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues during and after installations

Coordination

Read and interpret blueprints and construction diagrams to ensure accurate installations
Coordinate with project teams to integrate cabling systems into larger infrastructure projects

Documentation

Maintain detailed installation records
Ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols
