Qualifications

• Certifications: Must possess CDCTP or equivalent certification, OSHA-10, and ESD certification.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a Data Center setting is required.
• Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of power distribution, cooling systems, and rack infrastructure. Experience with structured cabling, environmental monitoring, and basic networking is essential.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Availability: Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Participation in emergency on-call rotation is required.
• Additional Skills: Knowledge of raised floor systems, hot/cold aisle containment, and critical facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain data center infrastructure, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally.
• Equipment Management: Rack and stack equipment efficiently to maximize space and performance.
• Cabling: Run structured cabling to connect various components and ensure seamless data transmission.
• Cooling Systems: Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of cooling systems to prevent overheating and ensure stable operations.
• Power Distribution: Monitor and manage power distribution to maintain a reliable and efficient power supply.
