Key Responsibilities

Security System Design & Engineering

• Develop and engineer advanced security solutions, including video surveillance, access control, and alarm systems.
• Perform technical assessments to determine client security needs and recommend optimized solutions.
• Utilize Visio or other design tools to create detailed security system schematics.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry regulations, local codes, and best practices.

Client Collaboration & Sales Support

• Work directly with clients, contractors, and internal teams to develop customized security solutions.
• Create clear scopes of work, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and operational requirements.
• Support the sales and project management teams by providing technical expertise and product recommendations.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase system capabilities and benefits.

Project & Technology Management

• Stay updated on emerging security technologies to continuously enhance solution offerings.
• Monitor project pipelines, ensuring timely execution, accuracy, and budget adherence.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges during implementation and post-installation.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in IT, Security Systems Engineering, or Sales Engineering.
• Expertise in video surveillance, access control, IP networking, and intrusion detection.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with top security brands, including Motorola, CCure, Bosch, Hanwha, Axis, and Avigilon.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement scalable security solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively present technical solutions to clients.
• Proficiency in Visio or similar design tools for system layout and documentation.

Preferred:

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., NICET, PSP, CCNA, or manufacturer-specific certifications).
• Experience managing security technology integrations in commercial and industrial settings.
• Strong networking knowledge (IP-based security solutions, cloud-based access control).
