Qualifications for Manual Machinist
- 5+ Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience operating precision machining tools.
- Precision Skills: Ability to work with tolerances as close as .0005” to .001”.
- Physical Capability: Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in tight spaces.
Responsibilities for Manual Machinist
- Part Manufacturing and Repair: Manufacture and repair parts per instructions and drawings.
- Machinery Operation: Operate milling machines, lathes, boring mills, and grinders.
- Inspection and Rigging: Perform incoming and outgoing inspections, operate overhead cranes, and perform rigging.
