Your Daily Tasks as an Electric Motor Winder
Rewind and Repair
Your primary responsibility will be to rewind 3-phase form coil and random wound stators, ensuring optimal performance. You will also rewind DC armatures and fields, contributing to the maintenance and repair of essential equipment.
Testing for Electrical Integrity
Using electrical test equipment such as surge testers, low resistance bridges, and multimeters, you will check the electrical integrity of motors and components. Your expertise will help identify issues early, preventing costly downtime and ensuring safety on the job site.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
