You’ll oversee the civil scope of work for medium to large-scale electrical projects, focusing on electric vehicle (EV) charging station installations. Your role will involve supervising multiple crews, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Qualifications for General Foreman

• 8-10 Years Experience: Minimum 8-10 years as a lead project foreman in commercial civil construction.
• Expert Knowledge: Strong understanding of the California Building Code and OSHA safety standards.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams effectively in tasks like excavation, concrete, and asphalt work.

Responsibilities for General Foreman

Oversee and manage civil work, including excavation, concrete pouring, and asphalt tasks. Review project plans and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to meet timelines and budgets. Conduct inspections, maintain daily reports, and enforce environmental compliance. Lead safety meetings and ensure certifications and equipment are up to date. Collaborate with leadership on scope changes and documentation.
