Fire Alarm Installer Low Voltage at AVI SPL
Position Overview
AVI SPL in Edmonds, WA is seeking a skilled and experienced Low Voltage Fire Alarm Installer. This key role will play an integral part in maintaining and ensuring the safety of our clients in the healthcare sector, spanning hospitals, medical centers, and clinics. The candidate will work as a part of a dynamic 10+ person regional team, and should be prepared to travel within a 100-mile radius.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm panels, smoke detection, and other emergency communication systems
- Adherence to all safety and compliance regulations related to the healthcare environment
- Collaboration with a regional team to ensure comprehensive service coverage
- Travel as needed within a 100-mile radius to meet client needs
- Provision of excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in low voltage fire alarm installation
- Factory certifications and OSHA 30 certification
- Proficiency with mass notification and emergency communication systems
- Familiarity with healthcare safety regulations and compliance
- Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional factory certifications
- Experience working in a healthcare environment
- Familiarity with the local market and healthcare clients in the Edmonds region
- Strong team player who can contribute to a dynamic 10+ person regional team
