Position Overview

The Security Project Manager at Alert 360 plays a vital role in overseeing and delivering security projects within our organization. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in security project management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Essential Functions

• Lead and manage security projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and operations, to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct thorough code analysis to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Utilize project management software to track progress, manage resources, and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Employ estimating tools to forecast project costs and resources accurately.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Oversee the delivery of security solutions for diverse environments, including corporate offices, government facilities, and healthcare centers.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of electrical experience in a relevant field.
• Valid electrical license for the state of Oregon.
• Proven experience with code analysis and project management software.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including the ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and perform tasks in various environmental conditions.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in security project management.
• Certifications such as IPMA (International Project Management Association) and PMP (Project Management Professional) are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with estimating tools and methodologies.
• Previous experience in managing security projects within similar environments.

Location & Schedule

• Primary Location: Hillsboro, OR
• Neighboring Cities: Beaverton, Aloha, Cornelius, Forest Grove, and North Plains.
• Schedule: Full-time, with the possibility of occasional travel to project sites within the region.
