Qualifications
We’re seeking a skilled Cable Tech with extensive experience in structured cabling. Candidates should be proficient in terminating fiber and copper, well-versed in TIA/EIA cabling standards, and able to interpret network blueprints. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing tools and inventory.
Main Duties
- Install structured cabling systems, including Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optics.
- Terminate and test fiber connections using Fluke equipment.
- Install and dress network racks and set up cable tray systems.
- Document as-built plans and lead small project teams.
