Position Overview at 3D Communications
The AV Systems Tech will play a critical role in the successful installation, configuration, and maintenance of audiovisual systems within healthcare facilities in Cypress, CA, and surrounding areas. This position involves collaboration with project teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality AV solutions tailored to the specific needs of healthcare environments.
Essential Functions for AV Systems Tech
- Install, configure, and maintain Biamp Audio Systems and QSC Q-SYS in healthcare facilities.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine AV system requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to design and implement AV solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment and systems.
- Provide training and support to healthcare staff on AV system operation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications for AV Systems Tech at 3D Communications
- 3-5 years of experience in AV systems installation and maintenance.
- Biamp Certification is required.
- Proficient in working with Biamp Audio Systems and QSC Q-SYS platforms.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Crestron Certification is a plus.
- Experience with Crestron Control Systems.
- Specialized experience in AV systems for healthcare facilities.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used in AV installations.
Location & Schedule
- Primary location: Cypress, CA
- Additional locations: Anaheim, Garden Grove, Los Alamitos, Buena Park, and Stanton
- Schedule: Full-time
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $30.86-$36.4 per hour
