Journeyman Electrician at Premiere Electrical
Signing Bonus: $200 after 60 days
Schedule: Day shift with occasional planned overnight work
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain electrical systems in medical facilities
- Install and maintain isolated power systems
- Service emergency power transfer switches
- Ensure compliance with healthcare facility codes
- Perform scheduled testing of emergency systems
- Install medical equipment power supplies
- Coordinate with biomedical engineering team
- Maintain surgical suite electrical systems
Required Qualifications:
- Georgia Journeyman Electrician license
- 3+ years healthcare facility experience
- Knowledge of NFPA 99 and 110
- Experience with medical grade electrical systems
- Understanding of infection control procedures
Tools & Equipment Expertise:
- Line isolation monitors
- Ground impedance testers
- Transfer switch analyzers
- Hospital grade testing equipment
- PPE for sterile environments
Nice to Have:
- Healthcare construction certification
- Experience with nurse call systems
- Knowledge of medical gas systems
- ICRA certification
- BAS experience
