Journeyman Electrician - Sign on Bonus at Premiere Electrical
Downtown Atlanta - High-Rise Commercial Specialist
Signing Bonus: $200 after 30 days employment
Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating on-call weekends
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical installations and upgrades in Class A office buildings and luxury high-rises
- Perform complex troubleshooting of building automation systems
- Install and maintain emergency power systems and generators
- Coordinate with building management for scheduled maintenance
- Supervise and mentor apprentice electricians
- Conduct power quality analysis and harmonic studies
- Implement energy efficiency upgrades
- Maintain fire alarm and life safety systems
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Georgia Journeyman Electrician license
- Minimum 5 years commercial experience
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 and local codes
- Experience with building automation systems
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
Tools & Equipment Expertise:
- Power quality analyzers
- Thermal imaging cameras
- Digital multimeters (Fluke preferred)
- Wire pulling equipment
- Conduit bending tools
- Smart building control systems
Nice to Have:
- LEED certification
- Experience with Schneider Electric systems
- Project management experience
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Bilingual English/Spanish
