Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure cable TV, internet, and phone services
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with cable systems and equipment
• Run cable lines and install necessary hardware
• Educate customers on proper use of cable services and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a cable technician
• Knowledge of coaxial and fiber optic cable systems
• Familiarity with digital cable, internet, and VoIP technologies
• Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
